About this service

Overview

  • Visa on arrival up to 30 days
  • Discover Qatar hotel booking handled
  • Hayya e-visa option
  • Ideal for Doha stopovers

Indian passport holders can visit Qatar without applying for a visa in advance, provided their hotel is booked through Discover Qatar — the visa is then issued on arrival. Travellers who prefer to apply beforehand can use Qatar’s official Hayya platform. We arrange the hotel booking or the Hayya application, whichever suits your trip.

Visa options

  • Visa on arrival — up to 30 days, single entry, for Indian passport holders with a hotel booked through Discover Qatar.
  • Hayya A1 tourist e-visa — applied for online before travel.
  • Hayya A2 — for Indians who are residents of a GCC country.

Who can apply

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months (recommended)
  • Confirmed return or onward ticket
  • Hotel booked through Discover Qatar for your whole stay (visa-on-arrival route)
  • Proof of funds, such as a credit card

Documents required

  • Passport
  • Return ticket
  • Discover Qatar hotel confirmation
  • Credit card or proof of funds
  • For Hayya: passport scan and photo

Good to know

  • Hotels booked on other websites are not accepted for the visa-on-arrival route — Indian passport holders must book through Discover Qatar.
  • Travel and health insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Overstaying leads to fines.

Rules last checked in October 2026. Visa and entry rules can change at short notice — our team confirms the latest requirements for your passport and travel dates before we apply.
