Indian passport holders need a visa before travelling to the UAE, unless they qualify for the visa on arrival described below. We prepare and submit your tourist visit visa online and send you the e-visa by email — usually within a few working days.
Visa options
- 30-day tourist visa — single or multiple entry
- 60-day tourist visa — single or multiple entry
- Visa on arrival (14 days, extendable once by 14 days) — only for Indians holding a valid US visa or green card, or a visa / residence permit from the EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore or South Korea. Ask us to confirm your eligibility before you fly.
Who can apply
- Indian passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel

- Hotel booking or the address of your host in the UAE

Good to know
- A visit visa does not allow you to work in the UAE.
- Overstaying leads to daily fines and can result in an entry ban — always exit before your visa expires.

Can Indians get a UAE visa on arrival?
Only Indians who hold a valid US visa or green card, or a visa or residence permit from the EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore or South Korea. Everyone else needs a visa before travel.
What is the difference between single and multiple entry?
A single-entry visa allows one entry into the UAE. A multiple-entry visa lets you leave and come back as many times as you like while it is valid.
How much passport validity do I need?
At least 6 months from your date of travel.
Can I work on a visit visa?
No. Working in the UAE needs a separate work permit and residence visa.
